Summer Sewing Kamps!

This year Ross Anna is offering 8 weeks of Sewing Kamps.
Each Kamp offers a new sewing challenge.
Each Kamp is 4 days, Mon-Thurs, 3.50 hours a day.
Each Kamp has new Designs to create.
The last week of June is the intro to machine and basic sewing skills.
If you don’t know how to sew or use a sewing machine, sign up for this Kamp.
If you haven’t sewn anything recently it's always a good idea to brush up.

Kamp #1 Sewing For Beginners
Monday, June 24 through Thursday, June 27
9:00 am to 12:30 pm
Rossanna has picked the perfect projects for your sewing lesson!
Choose your favorite fabric to make four different shapes:
Square-Bean Bag, Rectangle-Drawstring, Triangle-Scissor Holder, and Circle-Round Pillow.
Each shape is designed for learning a different skill set,
and you will leave with four projects you will be proud to use!
Class fee includes partial supplies, and snacks. A supply list will be emailed.

Kamp #2 Sewing Essentials (all levels, ages 7 & up)
Monday, June 24 through Thursday June 27
1:30 pm to 5:00 pm
After reviewing the sewing machine basics, kids will perfect straight and curved seams.
Fusing and interfacing will also be covered while making three valuable sewing accessories:
a scrap catcher, a sewing organizer, and a three pocket scissor case.
Class fee includes pattern and snacks. A supply list will be emailed.

Kamp #3 Crochet and Sewing Camp (all levels, ages 7 & Up)
Monday July 8 and Tuesday July 9, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
Wednesday
July 10 and Thursday July 11, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
The first two days you will learn to crochet the basic stitch by crocheting a flowered pocket and strap for your crossbody bag. You will learn to sew your bag the last two days. More experienced crocheters can choose from other stitch patterns.
Class fee includes use of pattern, and snacks. A supply list will be emailed.

Kamp #4 Hooded Beach Towel and Fish Bag (all levels, ages 7 & Up)
Monday, July 8 through Thursday, July 11
1:30 pm to 5:00 pm
Bring three beach themed towels to create a cozy cover up as you learn to sew, and have fun making a coordinated fish shape drawstring bag, and get hooked on sewing!
Class fee includes use of pattern, and snacks. A supply list will be emailed.

Kamp #5 Kitchen Basics (all levels, ages 7 & Up)
Monday, July 15 through Thursday July 18
9:00 am to 12:30 pm
Every young chef needs an apron, every plate needs a placement. Come join in the fun and make your own apron, two placemats and, time permitting, a bowl cozy. Round or square - you decide the shape of your creations

Quilting is what Piecemakers is known for. Keep the patchwork tradition alive by learning the art of combining fabric strips and squares to make a cozy cover all your own.

Looking for something comfortable and sassy to wear this summer?
This easy overall with tie straps is just the piece to add to your wardrobe.
Make it short, long, or in between, any length is great!

Kamp # 8 Pick Your Own Project (all levels, ages 7 & Up)
Monday, July 29 through Thursday, August 1
9:00 am to 12:30 pm
In this kamp sewers of all levels are invited to work on the project of their choice or fish a sewing project.
